When you reach out, we’ll match you with the perfect designer from our team. First, we’ll slide a fun questionnaire your way to get the creative juices flowing. Then we will ask you to share some inspiration that make your heart sing!

Snap a few pics so we can get a sense of your space! We’d also love some measurements to make sure the furniture we suggest fits like a glove. No fancy floor plan? No problem! A doodle on a napkin works too! Alternatively, if you are a London-based client, we can swing by and do the measuring for a little extra.

After popping your measurements into our architectural wizardry, we'll whip up a fun furniture layout just for you! Everything will be perfectly to scale, so you can see exactly what fits where. Feel free to shuffle things around up to three times—it's all part of the package!

Once you're grinning from ear to ear, we'll dive into designing.

We will create up a ‘concept’ just for you! It’s like our crystal ball for where the design should head, spotlighting the big-ticket items in the space. Now's your chance to give us a thumbs up or a polite "try again" to make sure your final reveal is spot-on. And don't worry, we’ve got up to 3x revisions in our back pocket!

With our Full Works package, you'll get photorealistic renders and a sprinkle of magic tweaks to make them just right.
